This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites and landing pages, submit forms, contact us, or participate in our SMS/MMS mobile messaging program. It also explains your choices and rights.

By using our sites, submitting a form, or opting into our messaging program, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1) Information We Collect

Identifiers & contact data. Name, email, phone number (mobile/landline), mailing address, IP address, cookie IDs, device IDs.
Commercial & interaction info. Services of interest, quotes/estimates requested, messages you send us, call/SMS/email interaction logs, form source URL and timestamp.
Device/usage data. Browser, device type, OS, pages viewed, referring URLs, general location from IP.
Content you provide. Photos, videos, notes, reviews; voicemails or call recordings (with notice).
Inferences. Preferences and service needs derived from other data.

Where required, we indicate when data is mandatory and the result of not providing it.

2) How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you submit a form, request a quote, call, email, or text us, or join promotions.

  • Automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.

  • From third parties such as advertising/analytics partners, lead generation partners (where permitted), payment processors (transaction details only), and service providers.

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide & improve services (quotes, scheduling, project delivery, payments, support).

  • Communicate with you (estimate details, appointment reminders, service notices, follow-ups, surveys, and—if you opt in—promotional/marketing messages by email, phone, and SMS/MMS).

  • Operate our messaging program (send transactional and, with your consent, promotional texts).

  • Compliance & security (fraud prevention, consent logging, legal obligations including TCPA/CTIA/A2P 10DLC).

  • Analytics & personalization (measure performance and tailor content subject to your preferences).

Consent for marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may make a purchase or receive services without consenting to marketing.

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process data based on consent (e.g., marketing SMS), contract (to deliver requested services), legitimate interests (security, analytics), and legal obligations.

5) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain U.S. state laws—subject to your right to opt out.

We disclose information to:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, CRM, scheduling, messaging, analytics, payments) under confidentiality and processing agreements.

  • Carriers and messaging facilitators to deliver SMS/MMS via A2P 10DLC.

  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale).

  • Legal/safety purposes (comply with law, protect rights and property).

We do not allow third parties to use your information for their own marketing without your consent.

6) Data Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. Examples:

  • TCPA/A2P 10DLC consent and messaging logs: typically 4 years.

  • Transaction/account records: per tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

  • We may retain shorter/longer where permitted or required.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure; use of our sites and messaging program is at your own risk.

8) A2P 10DLC Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)
